Bruno Soares

Professor Bruno is well-versed in the Gracie self-defense system, and teaches the self-defense classes on Thursdays. He also is trained in Yoga, and teaches the occasional Yoga class on Sundays before instructing his advanced gi class. Not only is Professor Bruno well-rounded in the art of teaching Jiu Jitsu, he also works as a mental health counselor, and has an excellent understanding of connecting both the mental and physical aspects when it comes to Jiu Jitsu.
